Dharamshala: The 117th Governing Body Meeting of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s Central Tibetan Relief Committee (CTRC) was held at the Department of Home Conference Hall, Gangchen Kyishong, Dharamsala, under the chairmanship of Sikyong Penpa Tsering on 2 March 2026 at 10:45 a.m.
