8th All India Tibet Support Group Conference Adopts Declaration. 13 March, 2026

The 8th All India Tibet Support Group Conference adopted a declaration rejecting China’s claim over the reincarnation of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. Declaration further expressed concern over continued occupation of Tibet by people’s Republic of China and ongoing policies that threaten Tibet’s unique cultural identity. The Declaration also demanded for the recognition of the Central Tibetan Administration as the legitimate representative of the Tibetans.
