8th CTA-Level Science, Mathematics, & Environment Exhibition Commences at Upper TCV in Presence of Education Kalon

Dharamshala: The 8th CTA-level Science, Mathematics, and Environment Exhibition commenced on 17 July 2025 at TCV Upper School. The event was inaugurated by Kalon (Minister) Tharlam Dolma of the Department of Education (DoE), who was accompanied by Additional Secretary Tenzin Dorjee.

This program is held yearly by the Department of Education, CTA, to provide an environment of creativity, intellect, and practical skills in students’ learning environment. Around 39 exhibits from 19 different Tibetan schools participated in the event. Ten students will be chosen to represent Tibetan schools at the next NCERT-level exhibition.

As this year is marked as the ‘Year of Compassion’ in honour of His Holiness’ 90th birthday, the Exhibition’s core theme was Science and Technology for a Sustainable Future, in keeping with His Holiness’ principal commitments.
