ཨ་ཀྱཱ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མཆོག་གིས་༸གོང་ས་མཆོག་དགུང་ལོ་བགྲེས་པོར་ཕེབས་བཞིན་ཡོད་སྟབས། བོད་རིགས་རྣམས་ནས་རིག་གཞུང་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་དང་ལྷག་པར་མཐུན་སྒྲིལ་གནང་དགོས་གལ་ཆེ་བ་གསུངས་སོང་། Arjia Rinpoche called on His Holiness the Dalai Lama at his residence in Dharamshala on April 13, 2026. Recognized by the 10th Panchen Lama, Arjia Rinpoche served as abbot of Kumbum Monastery, endured Mao’s Cultural Revolution, and later fled into exile in 1998. He played a significant role in the recognition of the 11th Panchen Lama, Gedhun Choekyi Nyima. As a senior lama and abbot, he was involved in the traditional search under the Dalai Lama.
