Dharamshala: The Chief Election Commissioner, Lobsang Yeshi, accompanied by Election Commission Secretary Lobsang Choedak, conducted a series of outreach visits to Tibetan institutions in Dharamshala from 5 to 8 December 2025 to raise awareness of the forthcoming Tibetan General Election.
The programme commenced on 5 December with a visit to Men-Tsee-Khang, where the Chief Election Commissioner addressed staff and students, followed by an interactive question-and-answer session.
