CTA launches online Green Book for Tibetans worldwide

DHARAMSHALA, Aug 29: The Department of Finance of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) has announced the launch of a new Green Book Online Application Portal, a step forward in digital transformation aimed at making services more accessible for Tibetans worldwide.

The Green Book, also known as Chadral Lakdep in Tibetan, represents the voluntary annual financial contribution made by Tibetans in exile towards the CTA. It is regarded as both a civic responsibility and a symbol of solidarity with the Tibetan cause.
