The ceremony was held on behalf of Tibetans inside and outside Tibet as a heartfelt expression of devotion and gratitude. Indian dignitaries, including Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju and Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu, attended the event as special guests
