The event, held on Tuesday following a formal request from the CTA, was attended by approximately 500 civil servants from various departments. Speaking to Tibet Radio, several staff members described the meeting as a significant "moral boost." Veteran officials and new staff shared reflections on the professional challenges of working within the administration, with many young staff members reaffirming their commitment to the Tibetan cause despite the difficulties involved.
