The event was graced by the presence of His Holiness himself and attended by official delegations from various parts of the world, including representatives from the Government of India and the United States. In a unified show of support, all attending dignitaries and representatives expressed their endorsement of the Dalai Lama’s recent statement reaffirming the continuation of the Dalai Lama institution and his authority over the matter of reincarnation. To honor this historic milestone, hundreds of performers showcased a rich array of traditional and contemporary Tibetan cultural performances, reflecting the deep reverence and joy shared by Tibetans and supporters around the world.
