Dharmshala: The Central Tibetan Administration’s Department of Information and International Relations (DIIR) has released a comprehensive e-book documenting insights from distinguished speakers on the four principal commitments of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama: the promotion of human values, promotion of religious harmony, preservation of Tibetan culture and environment, and revival of ancient Indian values.
