Veterans say foreign policy and diplomacy are ever evolving domain of governance. The ongoing tension following a 4-day military clash with Pakistan has seen India step up its diplomatic efforts to counter a narrative that Islamabad has been trying to build. This also stems from an apparent frustration with both UNSC veto member China and Nato member Turkey, the two countries that have backed Pakistan terror outfit it has backed for long carried out an attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam.
