Earthquake of magnitude 3.8 Tibet

Tibet, May 18 (ANI): An earthquake of magnitude 3.8 jolted Tibet on Sunday, a statement by the National Center for Seismology (NCS) said.

As per the NCS, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 10km, making it susceptible to aftershocks.

In a post on X, the NCS said, “EQ of M: 3.8, On: 18/05/2025 13:14:15 IST, Lat: 29.12 N, Long: 86.75 E, Depth: 10 Km, Location: Tibet."
