Education Kalon Tharlam Dolma Changra Delivers Message on Parents’ Day

Dharamshala: Today, on Tibetan Parents’ Day, celebrated in honour of all parents, especially His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s mother (Gyalyum Chenmo) Dekyi Tsering, Education Kalon (Minister) Tharlam Dolma Changra, Department of Education (CTA), delivered a heartfelt message acknowledging the vital role parents play in shaping Tibet’s future generations.
