Berlin: The Kalon (Minister) of the Department of Education, Tharlam Dolma Changra, visited various locations in Germany, where she met with members of the Tibetan community, local supporters, and educational institutions to raise awareness about Tibet issues and to encourage the preservation of Tibetan identity among the diasporic Tibetan community.
On 8 October 2025, the Education Kalon met with the Animal Shelter organisation in Germany, where she addressed the historical and political situation of Tibet. She reaffirmed that Tibet was historically an independent country, referencing ancient records and documentation.
