Dharamshala: On 3rd September 2025, a delegation from the International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) visited the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile (TPiE) and met with Speaker Khenpo Sonam Tenphel and Deputy Speaker Dolma Tsering Teykhang.
