Speaking to Tibetan Radio, the President of the Ladakh Buddhist Association confirmed that all preparations have been completed. Local Tibetans have expressed great joy and excitement to welcome the spiritual leader after a two-year gap. His Holiness’s arrival is expected to draw large gatherings and spiritual programs throughout the region.
