པཎ་ཆེན་སྐུ་ཕྲེང་ ༡༡ པ་རྗེ་བཙུན་བསྟན་འཛིན་དགེ་འདུན་ཡེ་ཤེས་འཕྲིན་ལས་ཕུན་ཚོགས་དཔལ་བཟང་པོ་མཆོག་ལ་ ༢༠༢༥ ལོའི་མང་གཙོ་ཞབས་ཞུའི་གཟེངས་རྟགས་ཕུལ་བ། NED Honours Tibet’s Missing Panchen Lama with Democracy Service Medal ཨ་རིའི་རྒྱལ་ས་ཝ་ཤིང་ཊོན་ཏུ་རྟེན་གཞི་བྱས་པའི་ཨ་རིའི་རྒྱལ་ཡོངས་མང་གཙོ་གོང་འཕེལ་བསྟི་གནས་ཁང་ (National Endowment for Democracy) གིས་ ༢༠༢༥ ལོའི་མང་གཙོ་ཞབས་ཞུའི་གཟེངས་རྟགས་དེ་བཞིན་རྒྱ་ནག་གི་བཙོན་འོག་ཏུ་བཞུགས་བཞིན་ཡོད་པའི་པཎ་ཆེན་སྐུ་ཕྲེང་བཅུ་གཅིག་པ་རྗེ་བཙུན་བསྟན་འཛིན་དགེ་འདུན་ཡེ་ཤེས་འཕྲིན་ལས་ཕུན་ཚོགས་དཔལ་བཟང་པོ་མཆོག་ལ་ཕྱི་ཟླ་ ༡༡ ཚེས་ ༥ ཉིན་དངོས་སུ་ཕུལ་གནང་སྟེ། གཟེངས་རྟགས་དེ་བཞིན་བྱེས་ཀྱི་གདན་ས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལྷུན་པོའི་མཁན་པོ་གཟི་རྒྱབ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མཆོག་ནས་སྐུ་ཚབ་གནང་སྟེ་བཞེས་གནང་ཡོད་པ་རེད་འདུག དེ་དང་ཕྱོགས་མཚུངས་ཀུན་གཟིགས་པཎ་ཆེན་སྐུ་ཕྲེང་བཅུ་གཅིག་པ་མཆོག་ལ་མང་གཙོ་ཞབས་ཞུའི་གཟེངས་རྟགས་འབུལ་བཞེས་གནང་བ་དང་འབྲེལ་ཏེ་བོད་ཀྱི་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་དབུ་ཁྲིད་སྤྱི་ནོར་༧གོང་ས་༧སྐྱབས་མགོན་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་ནས་གསུང་འཕྲིན་ཞིག་ཀྱང་སྩལ་གནང་ཡོད་པ་རེད། ། The National Endowment for Democracy in Washington has awarded its Democracy Service Medal to Zeekyab Rinpoche, the Abbot of Tashi Lhunpo Monastery, in a ceremony held on 4 November 2025. The award was dedicated to Gedhun Choekyi Nyima, the 11th Panchen Lama, who was taken into Chinese custody in 1995 at the age of six and has not been seen since. NED said the recognition underscores Tibet’s long struggle for religious freedom and the right of communities to choose their spiritual leaders without state interference.
