Dharamshala: The Norbulingka Institute celebrated its 30th founding anniversary on 8 November 2025, with Tibetan Chief Justice Commissioner Yeshi Wangmo attended the ceremony as the chief guest/
The celebration began with a welcome address by Lobsang Nyendak, Director of Norbulingka Institute, followed by the presentation of the annual report by the Institute’s Executive Director.
Following this, the chief guest, accompanied by the Director of the Institute, presented an honorary award to the Institute’s former Director, Kalsang Yeshi, in recognition of his dedicated service to the Institute, on behalf of all its members of the Institute.
