Dharamshala: The leadership and staff of the Central Tibetan Administration held a prayer service this afternoon to mourn the passing of former Secretary Samdup Lhatse, who passed away at the age of 74 in Minnesota.
Over the course of more than 28 years, he rendered dedicated service to the Central Tibetan Administration in various capacities, including as Secretary of the Office of the Auditor General and the Department of Security. He also served as the Representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama at the Office of Tibet in Kathmandu.
The Central Tibetan Administration extends its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members of the late Secretary Samdup Lhatse.
