Over thousand gather in Dharamshala to mark 66th Tibetan National Uprising Day
Over a thousand Tibetans and supporters gathered in Dharamshala to mark the 66th Tibetan National Uprising Day, commemorating the historic 1959 Tibetan uprising against China’s illegal occupation.
Led by four non-governmental organizations, the protest rally began at Thekchen Choeling Tsughlakhang and proceeded towards Kacheri, with participants raising slogans for justice and human rights.
