Dharamshala: On behalf of the Central Tibetan Administration and the Tibetan people, Sikyong Penpa Tsering conveyed his heartfelt condolences on the passing of Dr. Christian Schwarz-Schilling, a longstanding friend and supporter of the Tibetan cause.
