The exhibition began on 3 February in New York and was held at 12 venues, including Tibetan community centres, colleges, universities, and art institutes in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Chicago. It introduced His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s life story and the four noble commitments to local Tibetans and foreigners.
The final exhibition was held at the Chicago Tibetan Community Centre and was inaugurated by Professor Ken Paller from Northwestern University’s Psychology and Neural Science Department. On the third day, George Van Dusen, Mayor of Skokie, attended as a guest.
