As the 2026 Tibetan elections approach, we have launched our Candidate Spotlight series, beginning with Tibetans who have officially announced their candidacy for MP seats from North America followed by candidates from Europe and Africa, Australasia, and Religious tradition. Today’s edition offers a quick and clear introduction to candidates from Dotoe Province, their background, experience, and the values they bring to the table. The Candidates have agreed to share their vision with us for the upcoming parliamentary term, along with their message to voters.
