As Tibetans in exile head toward the final round of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile elections on April 26, VOT team traveled to Bangalore, south India where we spoke with six first-time parliamentary candidates from the three provinces to discuss and debate their visions, policy priorities, and approaches to parliamentary reform.
